In response to demands for a lower cost medium duty bending machine, Pines has designed and developed a new generation of low cost tube benders to suit the bending industry. The machines use the best materials and components in the Pines tradition and are manufactured to the highest standards.

Characteristics of I-line NC pipe bender:
- Controlled through a PLC, touch screen control possessing manual, semi-automatic and full-automatic functions.
- Multiple bend angles can be selected.
- Includes automatic error detection and limit protection functions.
- Includes Pressure Die Assist and Mandrel Extractor
- Work piece counter.
- Tri-step loop has cooling and filter functions to minimize hydraulic oil degradation.
- Machine can be equipped to accept your existing Pines Bend Tools.
